Sale of Negroes

By virtue of a decree of the County Court of Davidson county, rendered in the case of Lorenzo Bryant and others, heirs of Sherod Bryant, dec'd, exparte, I will offer for sale at the court house in Nashville on Saturday January 16th 1858, the following, negroes to wit: Louisa, about 32 years of age; Watson her child, 3 years of age; Leander, 8 years of age; Prissa, 9 years of age.

TERMS  ½ cash, and the balance on a credit of 6 months, notes, with good security required. Said negroes are sold for distribution among the heirs of John Bryant dec'd.
